This project depicts my personal nature in a mixture of radically different techniques: traditional ceramics and digital fabrication.
Translating from Russian «Путь» ([put’]), means a journey, way.
The piece shows the exploration of myself and a life journey
I experience every day.
These two completely distant crafts represent how beautiful can be a unity of opposites, how a merging of something unpredictable and so independent such as ceramics craft, with very modern, precise and innovative technique - 3d printing, can create a powerful hybrid of a dual nature. Exactly like our personality always combines rational and artistic constants.
Every journey and experiences which we take and overcome during a lifetime, leave marks and sometimes scars. But that is exactly what makes every person beautiful in a very unique way.
